Today is 1st day of my In-service course. Today I learn a new platform i.e Digital Portfolio of a person. This is just like a resume and it shows my whole personality with daily achievements. It is a very nice platform to show my learning.

Today I learn Librarian is an academic Leader its quality and how to become a good leader for our students to motivate them.
In 2nd session learn how to make a balance in our life with good ethics.
In 3rd session learn e-granthalaya and its applications. Discuss how to convert eg-3 to eg-4. Compare with eg-3 to eg-4.
In 4th session learn I learn to create a blog on the WordPress platform and its tips.

- Role of NEP 2020 in school Library and what are the works of librarians and how to create an environment of reading in school.
- I learned the different Web Tools for School Library-Linktree, Blog, Wakelet, Anchor, Soundcloud, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Padlet, Goodreads, Flip, Book creator, Canva etc.
- Create a platform of Sound Cloud and Linktree.

In the second session learned about personality development.
In the third and fourth sessions learned Web Tool Wakelet.

In the second session learned about Stress Management in life.
In the third & fourth sessions learned how to create Newsletter.

In the first session, I learned Darshan Shashtra with Director Sir.
Also learned about Cyber threats and Security from Client Perspective. Very informative session.
2nd session was on Librarian Diary and how to maintain the librarian Diary.
In 3rd session learned a very good web tool - CANVA.

In the second session learned about NCPCR (National Commission Protection of Child Rights) & POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offence).
In the 3rd & 4th sessions, We visited Punjab University A C Joshi Library.

Learned about different types of Committees dealing with Sexual harassment at workplace-ICC (Internal Complaint Committee) and LCC (Local Complaint Committee). Vishakha Guideline FQ

In the first session learned how to establish a primary library and its maintenance with so many motivational activities.
In the second session learned about Library learning space - An online session by Dr. Mujib Rahiman. I liked these lines very much. That has inspired me very much.

In the first session, I learned about Library Advocacy and Collaborative Activities in School Library by Neeza Singh - this session was so many informative and learned so many new activities on how to improve reading habits for students.
In the second session, I appeared in Final Exam.
In the third and fourth sessions we visited T. S. Central State Library there we learned how to manage the primary class library and how to manage Library Activities with given resources.
